New Card Liberals, This Ones Getting Old, Fast.

Me: Wow, that guy’s views are terri…

Liberal: RACIST!!!!!!

Me: O_o views are color coded?

It’s nonstop!  I swear, every time we have any issues with un-American views from a person of any color other than white, we’re accused of being racists.  Unless of course we’re black, then we’re self loathing black men.  The latest play of the race card involves Van Jones.  Opposing a self avowed communist has nothing to with skin color but apparently they can’t see that.  They can only see color, which leads me to ask: “Who’s the racist here?”

It’s still the same with Obama, if his policies give you pause, it’s because you’re a racist and have a problem with a black man in the White House.  I’m surprised the radical left hasn’t called on a name change on that yet.  The building is awfully racist, why does it have to be white? *facepalm*

VAN JONES: I met all these young radical people of color – I mean really radical, communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of… I spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary…I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th..By August, I was a communist.

Van Jones was, or should say is, still a communist.  He has never retracted that statement.  Ever.  He’s blamed whites for poisoning people of color and that’s not racist?  No, or course not.  Opposing his radical views is racist, blaming the deaths of people of color to evil whites poisoning water supplies is not.  Liberals, is this what you’re saying?!?  I know Kool-Aid goes 3 times as far as soda but don’t you think it’s time to put it down?  I don’t care if the man was orange, his views and background are an affront to America and Obama had no problem having him as one of his 30+ Czars.  That speaks volumes in and of itself.

After Van Jones resigned, let me say that again, resigned (no, Obama did not ask him to step down, as confirmed by David Axelrod) he released this statement:

“On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me,” Jones said in the statement. “They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.”

What did this vicious smear campaign filled with lies and distortion entail?  Nothing more and nothing less than video, audio, and publications using his very own words.  The truth somehow becomes lies and smear.  Go figure.

VAN JONES: And our Native American sisters and brothers who were pushed and bullied and mistreated and shoved into all the land we didn’t want, where it was all hot and windy, well, guess what, renewable energy. Guess what, solar industry. Guess what, wind industry. They now own and control 80% of the renewable energy resources. No more broken treaties. No more broken treaties. Give them the wealth. Give them the wealth. Give them the dignity. Give them the respect that they deserve. No justice on stolen land. We owe them a debt.

We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America. – Barack Obama

VAN JONES: What about our immigrant sisters and brothers? What about our immigrant sisters and brothers? What about people who come here from all around the world who we’re willing to have out in the field, with poison being sprayed on them, poison being sprayed on them because we have the wrong agricultural system. And we’re willing to poison them and poison the earth to put food on our table, but we don’t want to give them rights and we don’t want to give them dignity and we don’t want to give them respect?

We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America. – Barack Obama

VAN JONES:  We’re really entering a third wave of environmentalism in the United States.  The white polluters and the white environmentalists are essentially steering poison into the people of color communities.

REVEREND WRIGHT:  The government lied about the Tuskegee experiment. They purposely infected African American men with syphilis.

PRESIDENT OBAMA: (emphasis mine) I don’t know, not having been there and not seeing all the facts, what role race played in that. But I think it’s fair to say, number one, any of us would be pretty angry; number two, that the Cambridge police acted stupidly in arresting somebody when there was already proof that they were in their own home, and, number three, what I think we know separate and apart from this incident is that there’s a long history in this country of African Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately.

Is this the transformation we were promised?  Do these sound radical to anyone else?  Does being opposed to such views constitute racism?  The race card is overplayed.  Try a new card liberals, this one is getting very old, very fast.

Obama and his Sheep: Two-Faced Lying Hypocrites

I have no respect for Barack Obama anymore.  I had very little to begin with but as of August 6th he hit zero on my respect-o-meter.  Obama came to my state for a fund raising event in support of Creigh Deeds (D), who is running for governor this year against Bob McDonnell (R).  Obama’s speech started off sounding like he wanted unity and ended in divisiveness with him telling those that “left him the mess” to shut up and get out of the way.  I’m sorry Obama, but last time I checked I’m free to voice whatever disdain I have for you or your policies so you can take it and like it.  William Hazlitt has the perfect description of you:

A hypocrite despises those whom he deceives, but has no respect for himself. He would make a dupe of himself too, if he could.

I have less than no respect for liberals in general.  They are the most hypocritical bunch of spineless dimwits I’ve ever had the underwhelming pleasure of meeting.  Over the past few weeks republicans, democrats, and independents from all over the country have been pissed off beyond belief at our government and have been going to town hall meetings and giving their non-representing representatives a well deserved earful and how does the left respond?  By calling them fake.  Fake protesters paid off by big insurance to complain about the messiahs perfect health care plan that he hasn’t even read.  Nancy Pelosi, basking in the nonexistent rays of her own intelligence, nonchalantly stated that these are not grass roots movements, but simply AstroTurf.  She also claimed some of those crazies were showing up with swastikas, which is completely false.  Produce a legitimate photo and I’ll eat my hat.

In the words of Mad Max; Swastikas and paid protesters my big ‘ol butt!  Hey liberals, productive members of society are not built of straw!  Or handouts for that matter.  No worries, they burn the straw men and…well they don’t do anything about the handouts, except increase them.  These liberals have the nerve to complain that some of these gatherings are “organized” and some of the protesters are paid and not genuine yet, the White House was pushing hard for communities to organize during Obama’s campaign.

Through Organizing for America, Americans across the country continue to organize in their communities and stand with President Obama to build support for President Obama’s agenda and hold Washington accountable to America’s call for change. The challenges we face can’t be solved by one person alone. We need you to get involved.

Well, we’re getting involved, and now we’re being attacked for it?  Oh, and get this nugget of liberal hypocrisy, people are being offered WAGES to help get Obama’s health care plan passed.  Surprise surprise, liberals expose another double standard.  Not only that, but the very people complaining about all this have a leader that was, before his political career took off, a community organizer with ACORN.  So don’t give me any crap about “organized” protests.  Yall wrote the book.

Now, supposedly, you libs wrote the book on tolerance too.  Here’s a quote from Obama’s  inaugural address:

Our challenges may be new. The instruments with which we meet them may be new. But those values upon which our success depends — hard work and honesty, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty and patriotism — these things are old. These things are true. They have been the quiet force of progress throughout our history. What is demanded then is a return to these truths.

One would assume someone enamored of our president and all he stands for would champion his cause by applying those very values in their own lives, right?  Lets see these values in practice from a liberal activist:

Liberal tolerance in action.  She sounds, at times, to be quite intelligent, but as Susan Sontag once said, “Intelligence is really a kind of taste: taste in ideas.

It’s no wonder liberals are always talking crap.

Something to Hide

Did you hear about Obama and how people are skeptical about whether he is a natural born citizen or not?  Yeah, of course you have.  The libs are annoyed, obviously.  Anytime anyone questions anything legit about him, they freak.  How dare we question the messi….uhh president.  Is it just me, or could this whole issue be utterly and completley silenced with a simple “Hey guys, here’s my birth certificate!  My actual vault copy birth certificate!  See here?  I was born in America, so shut up already!”  Simple.  So, why hasn’t he done it?  The BEST he’s come up with is a digital copy.  I’ve got Photoshop too, want to be born in Paris?  I can make it happen.

There is a very real probability that he’s hiding something.  Think about it!  It’s very simple to shut up the right-wing nuts, just show us a real vault copy birth certificate.  I know it wouldn’t please all of us, some would claim “Well he took so long to show it, he was probably getting this fake one made to pass off as an original.”  There may be some grain of validity behind that but for me, I’d be satisfied.  If I walked into my local 7-Eleven to pick up a six pa…uh, stimulus package…I’d be asked for my ID.  Would a simple “Don’t worry, I’m over 21, here’s a picture of my ID on my phone here, see?  No worries.” pass?  Nope, they want the real deal.  What makes this any different?  I’m honestly asking, WHY would someone ignore something as important as this?  He would be constitutionally ineligible to continue serving as President and on top of that, all the decisions he’s made would be null and void.  Wow, think of how much bluer the sky would look if that came to be reality.  But the question of why is definitely something to think about.  Showing us the birth certificate is simple and would end it all.  So, why not do it?  Why ignore it?  Why pass it off as nonsense, unless he’s truly got something to hide.  What do you think?

Was Blind, but Now I See

lady20justice20x-race20specs

No, I’m not referring to lyrics of one of the greatest Hymns of all time, I’m referring to Lady Justice.  Justice is supposed to be blind for a reason.  Justice should not be allowed to “see” anything other than the law.  You present the facts, interpret the law in view of those facts, and you make your judgment.  Never should personal opinion come in to play and never should you determine your judgment based on what the effects of the outcome could be.  There is no room for empathy, no room for opinion, no room for judicial activism.  Personally, I prefer judicial restraint.  When a debate of policy rears its head, step out of the way and let the democratic process do its job.  The supreme court is not a place where policy is made.  I do not believe the Constitution to be a living document.  I firmly believe the Constitution is to be interpreted as written.  Exegetically for you Bible scholars out there.  The direction Obama is leading this country is in polar opposition to this and is evident with his recent decision in nominating Judge Sonia Sotomayor of the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals to the Supreme Court, a position left vacant by the retiring of Justice David Souter.  In Obama’s America, justice has liberal vision.

Sonia Sotomayor is touted by the media to be a “moderate liberal” with a “certain bipartisan aura” and, regarding the nomination, “President Obama has picked someone who more or less reflects his own political views.”  This is bad news for any red-blooded American.  I’ll explain why, but first, a quote to start it off.  In discussing the belief that there will be no problems with her confirmation, Jeffrey Toobin said, “Certainly based on what’s known about Judge Sotomayor currently, I can’t imagine any problems with confirmation. She has been a very distinguished judge for now pushing 20 years. Certainly there may be decisions that people disagree with, but there have been no ethical controversies involving her, no scandals.”  Really?  Let’s put that statement to the test.

Sonia Sotomayor is a member of La Raza (the race), which has connections to groups with very radical agendas such as the radical racist group Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA).  Read here for a comprehensive article on La Raza and MEChA.  The motto of MECha states “Por La Raza todo. Fuera de La Raza nada.” (For The Race everything. Outside The Race, nothing).  Disturbing to say the least.  This does not imply that Sonia Sotomayor sides with their racist philosophy, merely that La Raza has connections, whether inadvertently or not, to MEChA, and said connection needs to be addressed.  Personally, I’d like to know where she stands regarding this.

There have also been statements from Sonia herself that shed light on her character and how her race impacts her decisions.  Here are a few quotes from a 2002 speech she made at Berkeley Law.

  • I intend tonight to touch upon the themes that this conference will be discussing this weekend and to talk to you about my Latina identity, where it came from, and the influence I perceive it has on my presence on the bench.
  • Being a Latina in America also does not mean speaking Spanish. I happen to speak it fairly well. But my brother, only three years younger, like too many of us educated here, barely speaks it. Most of us born and bred here, speak it very poorly.
  • America has a deeply confused image of itself that is in perpetual tension. We are a nation that takes pride in our ethnic diversity, recognizing its importance in shaping our society and in adding richness to its existence. Yet, we simultaneously insist that we can and must function and live in a race and color-blind way that ignore these very differences that in other contexts we laud.
  • … there is a real and continuing need for Latino and Latina organizations and community groups throughout the country to exist and to continue their efforts of promoting women and men of all colors in their pursuit for equality in the judicial system.
  • Yet, we do have women and people of color in more significant numbers on the bench and no one can or should ignore pondering what that will mean or not mean in the development of the law.
  • While recognizing the potential effect of individual experiences on perception, Judge Cedarbaum nevertheless believes that judges must transcend their personal sympathies and prejudices and aspire to achieve a greater degree of fairness and integrity based on the reason of law. Although I agree with and attempt to work toward Judge Cedarbaum’s aspiration, I wonder whether achieving that goal is possible in all or even in most cases. And I wonder whether by ignoring our differences as women or men of color we do a disservice both to the law and society.
  • I further accept that our experiences as women and people of color affect our decisions.
  • As recognized by legal scholars, whatever the reason, not one woman or person of color in any one position but as a group we will have an effect on the development of the law and on judging.
  • our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging.
  • I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.
  • I willingly accept that we who judge must not deny the differences resulting from experience and heritage but attempt, as the Supreme Court suggests, continuously to judge when those opinions, sympathies and prejudices are appropriate.

These eleven quotes are undeniable evidence that Sonia Sotomayor’s character needs to be deeply evaluated, and her confirmation not hastily accepted.  It’s clear that her decisions as supreme court justice will be influenced by her race and sex.  She’s said so herself.  She will show empathy for women and people of color.  She’s said so herself.  She will show judicial activism.  She’s said so herself.

Just today the media and Obama are already addressing the statement she made that ” a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male” and claiming, with no confirmation from Sotomayor herself, that if she could she would change what she said.  Newsflash liberals, if there was nothing wrong with what she said when she said it, why are you making apologies now?  ” I’m sure she would have restated it,” said Obama without telling anyone how he’s so sure.  Why would she restate it?  She believes it, she said it, she meant it.  Obama also said, “If you look in the entire sweep of the essay that she wrote, what’s clear is that she was simply saying that her life experiences will give her information about the struggles and hardships that people are going through, that will make her a good judge.”  I have read the entire sweep of the essay, and it’s clear the she was simply saying that her life experiences will influence her decisions as a judge, which they have.  Nice try Obama, but we all know she’s cut from the same liberal mold you are.

One clear example of her showing racial preference was in the well known case, Ricci v. DeStefano.  To make a long story short, firefighters applied for an open promotion and to do so they needed to take an exam.  The top three highest scores would be picked, none of the three highest were black, so the results were thrown out and the promotions denied due to the exam being “unfair.”  What does this have to do with Sonia Sotomayor?   Not only did she side with the city’s blatant racially discriminating decision, but her and the other two judges on the panel disposed of the case in a very nonchalant way.  They offered just a one-paragraph, unpublished, summary order with no mention of what one jurist called the “questions of exceptional importance” raised.  It was only after chastisement from Jose A. Cabranes (another 2nd circuit judge) that they decided to take up the Ricci case.

Now, judges are supposed interpret law as written, not create policy, that’s for the legislative branch and not the judiciary.  But, according to Sonia Sotomayor, the courts are where policy is made.  This is not the view we want in a person seated in the highest court in the land.

Just recently Ann Coulter made a very good point in noting that the media wasn’t anywhere near as excited about a minority’s ” impressive academic and diverse background” when Clarence Thomas or Miguel Estrada where in the picture.  Liberals do not care about minorities, they care about liberals.  They do not care about unity, they care about diversity, and diversity is nothing more than segregated empowerment.  Unity is about “us”, there is no “them.”  In Obama’s America diversity is celebrated, discrimination is one sided and underplayed, and Justice is no longer just.

Propaganda Starts Now

With the Cap and Trade debate looming, libtards have their first piece of media created disaster to help usher in more taxes for all Americans.  A new report is blaming adverse conditions in the Amazon Basin on what else, Global Warming.  In 2005 there were record low levels that were forecasted to possibly get worse over the years.  Four years later, it’s flooding.  This isn’t global warming, or as I call it, Climate Reversal And Permutation (we’ll just call it c.r.a.p for short), it’s what we normal people call “rotation.”  Droughts and floods are cyclical, we all know this.  Some years there are record highs, some are record lows.  We have record heat, cold, rain, and drought.  Some years we have busy storm seasons, some not so much.  None of this is surprising and it will never change.  There will never be a time when the climate will change so dramatically that we have constant seasons.  Never will it be always winter or always summer.  Genesis 8:22 says  “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease.”

I believe the reason for the scare tactics in this report is simple, with Cap and Trade talks looming, the liberals in Washington need something to prove that Cap and Trade is something that we have to pass.  The world is at stake!  If I may remind you of a time in the very near past when swine flu was, as the media came very close to calling it, a pandemic.  At the time when the world ending flu was being reported, there was one small piece of information some may not have noticed.  The HHS seat of the secretary was vacant and Kathleen Sebelius was the nominated person for that seat.  There were many people petitioning to keep her out of that seat for reasons such as tax evasion, lying about campaign contributions, and having close ties to late-term abortionist George Tiller.  With the vote coming soon, the media was in a frenzy to spread panic about the swine flu.  The headlines were grim, the votes were counted, and Sebelius won.  After that, the headlines faded, and much wasn’t heard about swine flu.  Granted, it’s still in the news, and the fact is that’s it’s worse now that it was then.  So where are the headlines?  Where’s the panic?  Where’s the reports of a pandemic?  The US deaths are rising, NY is a hotbed for the flu, but the headlines are not there.  You can search for it yourself and see the reports, but it’s not the same “in your face” reporting that it was before HHS had a secretary.  The media is yet again responsible for putting another person of low integrity in Washington.  Now, Obama’s socialistic health plan can have more push behind it.

So, do you see where I’m going with this? A cap and trade bill is expected to be on the House floor by mid-June and you know darn well real republicans are going to fight it.  What better way for the libiots to have some sort of leverage than a natural disaster caused by C.R.A.P?  It’s pure propaganda.  You watch over the coming weeks and see if you don’t notice an increase in C.R.A.P caused problems across our planet being pushed by the media.  There will be headlines, there will be panic, the votes will be counted, and my guess, it will pass.  That will not be good for America.  Get ready for more taxes.  Listen to the messiah himself.  The propaganda starts now.

You have got to be kidding…

A little different from my usual posts…but I saw a news headline that blew my mind.  The Huffington Post reported that Michelle Obama was listed in Maxim’s Hot 100 Sexiest Women.  ???  Seriously?!?  I don’t support Maxim’s business but I had to see who she beat out in the list.  She was listed as number 93 beating out Deanna Russo, Melissa Rycroft, Rebecca Mader, Marisa Tomei, Olivia Munn, Padma Lakshmi, and Yvonne Strahovski.  Judge for yourself, but personally I find every one of those ladies quite a bit more attractive than Michelle Obama.  She’s not “un”attractive, but I have very serious doubts that she’s on that list because of her looks.  The media is obsessed with the Obama fam and it’s no surprise a liberal run magazine is pushing more exposure of the dimwits.  What next?  Obama named Ebony man of the year?  Oh wait, Ebony already created a title that hasn’t existed in it’s 64+ year history in order to honor the messiah.  Maybe I should be more respectful of the historical significance and yadda yadda yadda, but with all the bad decisions and destructive policies he’s put forth over the last 100+ days, I could give a rats butt about his skin color.  I would rather judge him by the content of his character.  But, call me crazy.

I will bring you change, just nothing different

Obama’s campaign was one of change.  But was it different?  Here are a few things to think about in regards to all this new change he talked about.

I’d like to show you a few campaign quotes:

“A campaign conversion isn’t the same as a lifetime of conviction and a commitment to change.   Today I want to talk about real change”

“Finally, we need to demand change throughout our society — from business, labor, and government — and work together to forge a new social compact for economic growth.”

“Finally, if we’re going to overcome the old economic arrangements that are holding America back, American workers and American businesses are going to have to be open to change.”

“This country doesn’t need a new program for every problem, and we won’t get change simply by spending more on programs already on the books. We need to reinvent government to deliver new services in different ways,”

“In the new American economy, everyone will have to change, and everyone will get something in return.”

Reinventing government and all this change was all Obama talked…….oh snap, that was from Clinton in 1992….my bad!  Obama must have had one of Clinton’s old teleprompters O_o
