New Card Liberals, This Ones Getting Old, Fast.

Me: Wow, that guy’s views are terri…

Liberal: RACIST!!!!!!

Me: O_o views are color coded?

It’s nonstop!  I swear, every time we have any issues with un-American views from a person of any color other than white, we’re accused of being racists.  Unless of course we’re black, then we’re self loathing black men.  The latest play of the race card involves Van Jones.  Opposing a self avowed communist has nothing to with skin color but apparently they can’t see that.  They can only see color, which leads me to ask: “Who’s the racist here?”

It’s still the same with Obama, if his policies give you pause, it’s because you’re a racist and have a problem with a black man in the White House.  I’m surprised the radical left hasn’t called on a name change on that yet.  The building is awfully racist, why does it have to be white? *facepalm*

VAN JONES: I met all these young radical people of color – I mean really radical, communists and anarchists. And it was, like, ‘This is what I need to be a part of… I spent the next ten years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary…I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th..By August, I was a communist.

Van Jones was, or should say is, still a communist.  He has never retracted that statement.  Ever.  He’s blamed whites for poisoning people of color and that’s not racist?  No, or course not.  Opposing his radical views is racist, blaming the deaths of people of color to evil whites poisoning water supplies is not.  Liberals, is this what you’re saying?!?  I know Kool-Aid goes 3 times as far as soda but don’t you think it’s time to put it down?  I don’t care if the man was orange, his views and background are an affront to America and Obama had no problem having him as one of his 30+ Czars.  That speaks volumes in and of itself.

After Van Jones resigned, let me say that again, resigned (no, Obama did not ask him to step down, as confirmed by David Axelrod) he released this statement:

“On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me,” Jones said in the statement. “They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.”

What did this vicious smear campaign filled with lies and distortion entail?  Nothing more and nothing less than video, audio, and publications using his very own words.  The truth somehow becomes lies and smear.  Go figure.

VAN JONES: And our Native American sisters and brothers who were pushed and bullied and mistreated and shoved into all the land we didn’t want, where it was all hot and windy, well, guess what, renewable energy. Guess what, solar industry. Guess what, wind industry. They now own and control 80% of the renewable energy resources. No more broken treaties. No more broken treaties. Give them the wealth. Give them the wealth. Give them the dignity. Give them the respect that they deserve. No justice on stolen land. We owe them a debt.

We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America. – Barack Obama

VAN JONES: What about our immigrant sisters and brothers? What about our immigrant sisters and brothers? What about people who come here from all around the world who we’re willing to have out in the field, with poison being sprayed on them, poison being sprayed on them because we have the wrong agricultural system. And we’re willing to poison them and poison the earth to put food on our table, but we don’t want to give them rights and we don’t want to give them dignity and we don’t want to give them respect?

We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America. – Barack Obama

VAN JONES:  We’re really entering a third wave of environmentalism in the United States.  The white polluters and the white environmentalists are essentially steering poison into the people of color communities.

REVEREND WRIGHT:  The government lied about the Tuskegee experiment. They purposely infected African American men with syphilis.

PRESIDENT OBAMA: (emphasis mine) I don’t know, not having been there and not seeing all the facts, what role race played in that. But I think it’s fair to say, number one, any of us would be pretty angry; number two, that the Cambridge police acted stupidly in arresting somebody when there was already proof that they were in their own home, and, number three, what I think we know separate and apart from this incident is that there’s a long history in this country of African Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately.

Is this the transformation we were promised?  Do these sound radical to anyone else?  Does being opposed to such views constitute racism?  The race card is overplayed.  Try a new card liberals, this one is getting very old, very fast.

A Pigment of Imagination

It is a strange fate that we should suffer so much fear and doubt over so small a thing. Such a little thing.

Boromir may have been talking about the One Ring at the time, but oh how true this is for something else.  Melanin.  Dictionary.com defines melanin as “any of a class of insoluble pigments, found in all forms of animal life, that account for the dark color of skin, hair, fur, scales, feathers, etc.”  A pigment.  That’s it, the difference between you and anyone with darker skin than you is more pigment.  The difference between you and anyone with lighter skin than you is less pigment.  Melanin.

racecardRaces, they’re good at Daytona, and that’s pretty much it.  The whole idea that there are different “races” of men is a farce anyway, we’re all of one race, the race of Adam.  Which is to say, I am a human and guess what?  You are a human too.  Genetic ancestry can be traced back to a single person, or thing, depending on if you’re an evolutionist or a creationist. By the way, if you’ll notice, by that definition of melanin, animals also suffer from the inhumanity of some having less and some having more of this evil thing, melanin.  You don’t see them hating each other over it.  Then again I forget, they’re not rational humans like us.  Melanin also seems to be tricky to spot depending on who you are.  If you have something against large quantities of melanin or minuscule quantities of melanin, you’ll see those with the amount of your discontent as being inferior to yourself.  Which I find odd since you both have it, just in different amounts.  It’s like Coke hating Diet Coke.  Weird seeing two Cokes fight.  Seems kind of childish too.  True conservatives seem to forget there’s differences in the quantity of melanin that some may possess.  Sadly, liberals are there to remind them.  Liberals also tend to see melanin that would otherwise go unnoticed.  Such as claiming anyone that voted for Bush is a racist.  Or anyone opposed to Obama is a racist.  I haven’t been able to connect the dots yet, but I’m sure a liberal can help me out.  It seems, to the liberal, that a disagreement with someone on the basis of principle or ideology is grounds for racism.  I fail to understand a statement such as “…this has everything to do with a black man in office” when, as for me, it has nothing to do with melanin.  Alan Keys shares a similar melanin content count as Obama yet, I’d have no problems with Keys in the White House.  That does bring me to another point.  According to some liberals, if a person with a high melanin count opposes Obama, that person hates himself because of his own melanin concentration.   Do what?  A black man dislikes Obama so he’s a self hating black man?  This is what I mean by liberals being able to spot melanin better than anyone.  It never seems to be an issues until a liberal brings out that card.  They have no reservations in playing it.  They seem to spot melanin from a mile away.  Which leads me to make this statement and make it with confidence:  Liberals lean more toward racism than conservatives.

There are some other reasons for the different feelings toward melanin quantities in persons and it stems from an evolutionary root.  The belief that certain peoples who’s melanin content is in polar opposite of their own are somehow lesser humans because they evolved slower than another branch of humanity.  So they became half people.   Or more historically accurate, they were three fifths of a person.  Or, worse still, in other countries they weren’t considered people at all.  All because of melanin.  That is one form of racism.  Not the only form, but one form.

The Anti-Defamation League defines racism as:

“…the hatred of one person by another — or the belief that another person is less than human — because of skin color, language, customs, place of birth or any factor that supposedly reveals the basic nature of that person.”

By that definition, of which I would agree, racism is not simply an issue that stems from only one source but can come from anyone and from anywhere to anyone and to anywhere.  Racism itself is a misleading word.  You hear racism and think “skin color” or “race.”  But by definition, it’s discrimination based on many different things.  Which explains why I dislike the word “racism” so much.  I prefer discrimination.  If you treat someone hateful because of his skin color, it’s discrimination.  If you treat someone hateful because of his language, it’s discrimination.  If you treat someone hateful because of his customs, it’s discrimination.  If you treat someone hateful because of his place of birth, it’s discrimination.

Or “her”, for you gender sensitive readers out there.

A final statement, or question if you will.  How can we move past discrimination when we still use it to promote our agendas?  If I say I’m against Obama, do not first assume I’m racist.  It’s asinine!  I am opposed to his policies.  That is why I don’t like him.  If he was white, I’d still dislike him.  His melanin is not remotely involved in my feelings toward him and this constant habit of accusing opponents of racism is discrimination itself.  Calling someone racist based on no credible evidence and on purely an opinion or hate is discrimination.  You bear false witness of someone based on “any factor that supposedly reveals the basic nature of that person.”  And why?  So you can make yourself look better and higher than the other.  It’s the highest form of self absorbed narcissism.   And those that play the race card look like idiots and continue to show how much they hate their fellow man.

Obama and his Sheep: Two-Faced Lying Hypocrites

I have no respect for Barack Obama anymore.  I had very little to begin with but as of August 6th he hit zero on my respect-o-meter.  Obama came to my state for a fund raising event in support of Creigh Deeds (D), who is running for governor this year against Bob McDonnell (R).  Obama’s speech started off sounding like he wanted unity and ended in divisiveness with him telling those that “left him the mess” to shut up and get out of the way.  I’m sorry Obama, but last time I checked I’m free to voice whatever disdain I have for you or your policies so you can take it and like it.  William Hazlitt has the perfect description of you:

A hypocrite despises those whom he deceives, but has no respect for himself. He would make a dupe of himself too, if he could.

I have less than no respect for liberals in general.  They are the most hypocritical bunch of spineless dimwits I’ve ever had the underwhelming pleasure of meeting.  Over the past few weeks republicans, democrats, and independents from all over the country have been pissed off beyond belief at our government and have been going to town hall meetings and giving their non-representing representatives a well deserved earful and how does the left respond?  By calling them fake.  Fake protesters paid off by big insurance to complain about the messiahs perfect health care plan that he hasn’t even read.  Nancy Pelosi, basking in the nonexistent rays of her own intelligence, nonchalantly stated that these are not grass roots movements, but simply AstroTurf.  She also claimed some of those crazies were showing up with swastikas, which is completely false.  Produce a legitimate photo and I’ll eat my hat.

In the words of Mad Max; Swastikas and paid protesters my big ‘ol butt!  Hey liberals, productive members of society are not built of straw!  Or handouts for that matter.  No worries, they burn the straw men and…well they don’t do anything about the handouts, except increase them.  These liberals have the nerve to complain that some of these gatherings are “organized” and some of the protesters are paid and not genuine yet, the White House was pushing hard for communities to organize during Obama’s campaign.

Through Organizing for America, Americans across the country continue to organize in their communities and stand with President Obama to build support for President Obama’s agenda and hold Washington accountable to America’s call for change. The challenges we face can’t be solved by one person alone. We need you to get involved.

Well, we’re getting involved, and now we’re being attacked for it?  Oh, and get this nugget of liberal hypocrisy, people are being offered WAGES to help get Obama’s health care plan passed.  Surprise surprise, liberals expose another double standard.  Not only that, but the very people complaining about all this have a leader that was, before his political career took off, a community organizer with ACORN.  So don’t give me any crap about “organized” protests.  Yall wrote the book.

Now, supposedly, you libs wrote the book on tolerance too.  Here’s a quote from Obama’s  inaugural address:

Our challenges may be new. The instruments with which we meet them may be new. But those values upon which our success depends — hard work and honesty, courage and fair play, tolerance and curiosity, loyalty and patriotism — these things are old. These things are true. They have been the quiet force of progress throughout our history. What is demanded then is a return to these truths.

One would assume someone enamored of our president and all he stands for would champion his cause by applying those very values in their own lives, right?  Lets see these values in practice from a liberal activist:

Liberal tolerance in action.  She sounds, at times, to be quite intelligent, but as Susan Sontag once said, “Intelligence is really a kind of taste: taste in ideas.

It’s no wonder liberals are always talking crap.

Liberals and Their Double Standards. v. 1.0.0

doublestandardsCheck it out, I found a farm we can send all the liberals to.  They’ll feel right at home!  Anyway, I thought to just title all blogs involving liberal double standards the same and add a version number so as to keep track.  I’ve already written a few but as I’ve noticed…it never ends.  A title all it’s own and a category all it’s own.  Congratulations liberals!  You’re gaining exposure.  The latest in a long train of intellectual abuses involved the recent Town Hall meetings that have been, at most, heated.  I mentioned just yesterday about these angry Americans and there’s been quite a bit in the news since then.  I quoted a Youtube user that said the following:

Rumor has it that many of these so called protesters are mostly insurance lobbyists and insurance execs and insurance employees all given the day off to protest. How sad. Is this what the country has come to? A bunch of brown shirts disrupting meetings! Hitler would be proud………

Well as of last night I have another quote to show you.  This one is from a Twitter retweet I received:

the only ppl pissed off are paid FreedomWorks/Prosperity For America shills! Must be nice living in your world.

First thing I thought was obvious, if I’m pissed off at the Government, what makes you think it’s nice living in my world?  It’s far from nice and getting worse.  Being aggravated and angry at the way Obama and the left are destroying America leads you to make a “must be nice” condescending remark?  Also, the fact that I’m angry, and not a paid FreedomWorks/Prosperity for America shill, makes your comment false.  Now, besides the fact that nobody from the left has yet to make a rational comment regarding the issues Americans have with Obamacare, they are also ignorantly blind of the hypocrisy of opposing  what they believe are organized and paid protests.  “Well they have pre-made signs and orchestrated chants.”  You mean, like this?

Heh, this video was actually from an ACORN supporter via Youtube.  Matching hats?  Shirts?  Signs?  Hmm??  Organized maybe?  Orchestrated maybe?  So tell me, liberal “friend”, IF the asinine claims from the left were true and all the town hall protesters (which numbered at almost 10 thousand at one location) were organized or orchestrated, why do you have a problem with it?  ACORN does it all the time and you’re fine with that.  Why is it ok for them, but not for us?  OH, I forgot…double standards.  This anger we have is manufactured, but it’s being manufactured by the poison of liberalism.  We’ve had enough, we’re angry, and we’re not going to shut up.

What? More Double Standards?!?

I know, I know, I just wrote on double standards not that long ago, but it’s happening again.  There really isn’t much to say about this one as it’s pretty much self explanatory.  Remember Senator Barbara Boxer’s rant against Brigadier General Michael Walsh?  No spin, no opinion, just the facts:

During a hearing before her Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, she scolded the Brigadier General for, of all things, calling her “ma’am” instead of “senator.”  Apparently she was offended by it.  He started to answer one of her questions by saying “ma’am” but didn’t get to finish his statement, she interrupted with:

“You know, do me a favor.  Could you say ‘senator’ instead of ‘ma’am?  It’s just a thing, I worked so hard to get that title, so I’d appreciate it, yes, thank you.”

According to the guide Military Protocol: Uniformed Services General Walsh was perfectly respectful in addressing her as ma’am, something he would do for someone of a higher rank than himself.  For her to spew such an invective and scold him in public like she did was very disrespectful and showed no class.  And as the future would show, it’s not something she’s consistent in demanding.  One wonders why she would demand to be called Senator by the Brigadier General but not this next gentleman.

During an Environmental Public Works Committee meeting on “green” jobs, there is an exchange between Senator Barbara Boxer and chairman of the National Black Chamber of Commerce, Harry Alford.  Rush Limbaugh summed up the exchange (which I will post shortly) this way:

Now, let me translate here what’s happening.  The National Black Chamber of Commerce is  not all sold on this “green” energy business, and Barbara Boxer at the Environment and Public Works Committee, a hearing on “green” jobs, starts quoting all these other black groups while the witness at the time is the chairman of the National Black Chamber of Commerce, Harry Alford.  So she starts talking about the CEO of 100 Black Men of Atlanta and then the NAACP support, and how vital that is, and this guy’s offended by this. He said, “Other groups over me, other blacks over me? Why don’t you talk about Asians? It’s racial.”  She’s clearly stunned by this, Barbara Boxer is not used to people calling her a racist.

Now, regardless of the topic and the racial overtones of her talking points, I want you to watch the video and count how many times he called her ma’am, and then count how many time she demanded he call her senator instead.

By my count, he addressed her 4 times as “ma’am” instead of Senator, something she was previously upset about in the hearing with the Brigadier General.  So why the double standard?  I’m telling you, and I’ve been telling you, liberals are always showing their true colors.  Always showing these double standards.  Stay posted to my blogs, there’s bound to be more of the same and I will keep showing liberals for what they are.

More Double Standards

I’ve ripped on the doubled standards of liberals before and I’m pretty sure I’ve said it wouldn’t be the last time.  Well, I’m at it again.  It’s no secret I don’t like liberals.  Could that change?  Possibly, but don’t hold your breath.  What ticks me off most about liberals, despite their lack of morals or ethics, is the double standards.  A fetus is just an animal but you don’t hear PETA screaming “Choose life!”  potmeetkettleSingle moms are deserving of admiration, until they decide to actually raise the child then they’re demeaning themselves.  Here’s some irony for you, people in Obama’s administration are telling the states to live within their means.  When these people talk, it reminds me that light travels faster than sound and this is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.  Speaking of idiots, how Al Franken won, I’ll never know.  I guess Will Rodgers was right when he said “Everything is changing. People are taking their comedians seriously and the politicians as a joke.”  Then again it seems anyone with a connection to ACORN can gain an advantage in politics these days.  I wonder why nobody is taking a serious step in investigating them?  But I digress, back to the topic at hand.  Liberal double standards.

As you may have read in a previous blog of mine, Sarah Palin is resigning as Governor of Alaska.  So, without hesitation, the liberals, and some republicans even, are calling this a bad move.  The attacks are hot and heavy. Sarah Palin is a quitter, they say.  Well, how about some consistency from her political pugilists?  I know it’s a lot to ask, and frankly I know it’ll never happen, so let me add the consistency for them.

Let’s start with Sarah Palin. In 2006 Sarah Palin (R) makes history by becoming Alaska’s youngest Governor in the state’s history.  In 2008 she accepted the nomination to be John McCain’s running mate on the Republican ticket for president.  July 3rd 2009 she announces she will not seek re-election as Alaska’s governor and will resign as of July 26th.  In her own words she’s doing what’s best for Alaska and in quoting General MacArthur said, “We are not retreating. We are advancing in another direction.”  She’s quitting early to pursue something more productive.  Not that other politicians have ever done that.  Oh wait, yes they have.

2005 Barack Obama is sworn into office as the junior United States Senator for Illinois (D).  In 2006 Barack, during an interview on Meet the Press is asked “So you will not run for president or vice president in 2008?”  His response?  “I will not.”  In 2004 Obama said “I think I’ve been very clear…There’s a presidential election in four years. I’m not running for president in four years. I’ve said I think it’s a silly question.”  That video used to be on YouTube but they have all been removed.  Odd isn’t it.  Also in 2004 he said “I am a believer in knowing what you’re doing when you apply for a job. And, I think that if I were to seriously consider running on a national ticket I would essentially have to start now before having served a day in the Senate. Now, there are some people who may be comfortable doing that, but I’m not one of those people.”  In 2007 Obama takes his first step in a run for the White House. In 2008 Obama resigns as senator of Illinois 3 years before his term was up.  He is quoted as saying, “Today, I am ending one journey to begin another,…”  So Obama was a quitter and a liar.  Was he not?  He was elected senator and abandoned his state,  just like liberals claim Palin is doing now.  Come out with it liberals, let’s be consistent, Obama is a quitter and a liar.

Obama isn’t the only politician to abandon their state before their term was up to pursue something else, like Palin is accused of doing.  If we’re consistent with our attacks, we’d call Janet Napolitano a quitter as well.  She was first elected Governor of Arizona in 2002, won re-election in 2004, and promptly abandoned her state in 2008 when Obama nominated her to the Department of Homeland Security.  Janet Napolitano was a quitter.  Shame on her.  Kathleen Sebelius was first elected Governor of Arizona in 2003, got re-elected in 2006, and left her post in 2009 when Obama nominated her to fill the Health and Human Services vacancy.  Such quitters these people are!  They were elected to serve their states and abandoned the very people that elected them so they could pursue other ventures.  How dare them.

I know what some of you liberals and thinking, and I hope you’re not hurting yourselves doing it, I know it’s not something you have much practice in doing.  You’re going to claim that they all quit their jobs to pursue other jobs and Palin is quitting for no reason or no good reason.  Palin has made it clear that she IS pursuing something else and it is something relevant to Alaskans and all Americans.  Let’s face it, all the 18 bogus ethics complaints, 15 of which are now dismissed, are costing her and Alaskans money.  The constant attacks on her and her family from liberals everywhere are vitriolic, hateful, and just plain mean spirited.  Not something I find shocking coming from the mouth of a liberal, mind you.  I’d find it hard to focus on Alaskans too if I had to deal with all that.  She’s not quitting Alaskans.  She’s stepping down as Governor, handing the reigns over to someone very much qualified for the job, and pursuing a different course in which to serve Alaskans.  Not that she said that…oh wait, she did.

“And there is such a need to build up and fight for our state and our country. I choose to fight for it! And I’ll work hard for others who still believe in free enterprise and smaller government; strong national security for our country and support for our troops; energy independence; and for those who will protect freedom and equality and life… I’ll work for and campaign for those proud to be American, and those who are inspired by our ideals and won’t deride them.

I will support others who seek to serve, in or out of office, for the right reasons, and I don’t care what party they’re in or no party at all. Inside Alaska – or Outside Alaska.

But I won’t do it from the Governor’s desk.

I’ve never believed that I, nor anyone else, needs a title to do this – to make a difference… to help people. So I choose, for my State and my family, more “freedom” to progress, all the way around… so that Alaska may progress… I will not seek re-election as Governor.

And so as I thought about this announcement that I wouldn’t run for re-election and what it means for Alaska, I thought about how much fun some governors have as lame ducks… travel around the state, to the Lower 48 (maybe), overseas on international trade – as so many politicians do. And then I thought – that’s what’s wrong – many just accept that lame duck status, hit the road, draw the paycheck, and “milk it”. I’m not putting Alaska through that – I promised efficiencies and effectiveness! That’s not how I am wired. I am not wired to operate under the same old “politics as usual.” I promised that four years ago – and I meant it.

It’s not what is best for Alaska.

I am determined to take the right path for Alaska even though it is unconventional and not so comfortable.

With this announcement that I am not seeking re-election… I’ve determined it’s best to transfer the authority of governor to Lieutenant Governor Parnell; and I am willing to do so, so that this administration – with its positive agenda, its accomplishments, and its successful road to an incredible future – can continue without interruption and with great administrative and legislative success.

My choice is to take a stand and effect change – not hit our heads against the wall and watch valuable state time and money, millions of your dollars, go down the drain in this new environment. Rather, we know we can effect positive change outside government at this moment in time, on another scale, and actually make a difference for our priorities – and so we will, for Alaskans and for Americans.”

Wake up liberals, and you rinos out there that continue to dismiss and try to diminish Sarah Palin.  She is strong, she is a fighter, she is…well, as Ann Coulter put it, “She has everything you can’t get from books, you can’t get from experience. She has heart and soul and absolute integrity, and charisma, and holds the crowd rapt.”

Sarah Palin is very smart, despite the idiotic remarks of liberals that call her a dumb redneck.  Try something new libs, move away from ad hominem attacks and prove she is what you say.  Show me something other than your opinion.  I have a feeling I won’t hear anything from you for quite a while.  Palin is smart, she is and will seek the best course of action.  She will do what’s right even if it’s not easy or comfortable or accepted by the elite.  She will keep fighting, and she will be a powerful voice for conservatives for years to come.  And liberal heads will continue to explode.

I just wanted to help give this a little bit more exposure.  As little as I can offer, and I know it’s not much, but if even one person sees this and is moved by it, then I can say that I’ve helped in a small yet important way.  Enjoy the videos, read the letter, and sign the petition if you feel the same way.
